JUNE 30, 2009 The EPA decides to reveal the locations of 44 hazardous coal sludge storage sites, the ones like the 55 foot dike that broke near Kingston, TN in December of 2008 and spilled a billion gallons of toxic sludge into the river. The agency had originally refused to disclose them because it might scare people into moving away from the danger…or something. LilBambi reports Here.
